Lives Worth Remembering

A place of reflection

On Wednesday 5th April the Lord Provost, George Adam attended an event to mark the completion of the “Lives Worth Remembering” planter on Carmelite Street.

A number of friends and family who have lost loved ones through addiction attended the event, along with members from Substance Bereavement Support Aberdeen, other supporters of the project and volunteers from the ADA Gardening group who chose and planted the plants.

It is hoped that this small space can be a place for reflection and hope.
