    Health Scotland is a new special health board created on 1 April 2003 by bringing together the Public Health Institute of Scotland (PHIS), and the Health Education Board for Scotland (HEBS).     Aberdeen Foyer is a local charitable organisation working to alleviate and prevent youth homelessness and unemployment in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Aberdeen Foyer provides supported accommodation, access to a range of education and training programmes including a community drug and alcohol rehabilitation programme and advice on health matters including mental health and wellbeing.
